F. Scott Fitzgerald

"The test of a first-rate intelligence is the ability to hold two opposed ideas in mind at the same time and still retain the ability to function."

- F. Scott Fitzgerald

I heard this quote on a podcast today, in relation to how social media blows everything out of proportion. Earlier people tried out their opinions on their colleagues while drinking coffee, but today, when throwing something out there, it quickly spinns out of control.
